BPA is participating with its network of international experts and under the impetus of the Good Governance Academy in a process aimed at developing our understanding of good governance practices around the world.

An initiative that is conducive to the development of business opportunities and investment strategies.

2022 April 5th session

Proposed agenda

This session aims at providing an overview of the current situation and trends of corporate governance practices in France:

  • The emphasis on the purpose “raison d’être”
  • The preservation of shareholder dialogue and the protection of shareholders’ rights
  • The accountability of management bodies, particularly with regard to the determination of their remuneration package and the consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

The webconference will be held in english language
